The technician Chris is extremely competent and just a very nice guy. I had a great experience with Chris and Kevin who came to look at my 22 year old Sub-zero.
He then explained all of the current replacement models even though they don't sell or install them. We'll certainly call them again if we have issues with the new Sub-Zero. Exceeded expectations. I had a new Sub-Zero built in refrigerator freezer with custom paneling. The door was not flush, though, and instead of assuming it was the cabinet maker or installation, Chris diagnosed the problem in miss drilled hinge holes. He and his partner worked diligently and carefully to replace them.

No fixie leakie, no refundie for me or my mom. Master BS'er is more like it. I flew home feeling like I did more damage than good. Sorry mom. I am so happy with this company. I had a very bad leak in my Subzero refrigerator. I called 3 diff companies to try to get the leak fixed, It was so bad that it was running onto the floor and warping the wood. Nobody could give me an appointment for over a week.

He also came back to do the replacement, changed out filters and actually cleaned and repaired other small issues. He called when he was on his way, he was clean and neat in my home.
